This rug was commissioned to pull a full scheme together in the living area of a beautiful modern apartment. Having designed the entire space I knew it needed pulling together with one cohesive piece.
I had the rug tailor made and colour matched to a specific shade so it seamlessly blended with the other design choices in the room. I love how the swirly pattern ties in with the curvature of the feature spiral staircase which is echoed in the fabric choices repeatedly used throughout the scheme. It is this subtle attention to detail that fuses the space together bringing clarity and calm.
