This premium apartment in London is now a tranquil and eloquent space featuring a host of bespoke features from hand crafted carpentry, a show-stopping tailor-made staircase and an abundance of furniture and accessories. We sourced and styled all the pieces.

The style is refined, neutral and warm thanks to a classic layering of textures and premium fabrics which run through the property, providing an organic flow and cohesive, high-end finish.
Details include an opulent fabric design inspired by the spiral staircases of the Cystine Chapel which features on the sides of the handmade sofas, kitchen chairs and cushions. This pattern is then repeated in the bespoke rug created especially for the space.

With my client specifying a clutter free space, end of bed storage ottomans were designed with bolster cushions created in a contrasting fabric precisely fitted into tailor made curved dips.

I also designed the headboards, cushions and bedding, marrying different patterns and colours to translate the vision of the client. The subtle use of oak runs through the entire space, utilised in the tailor-made banister, furniture and cabinetry.

In the guest bedroom the mix of rich green velvet and exquisite embroidered fabric beautifully pulls the scheme together. The piping and fringes on the cushions add detail to a neutral scheme that is elevated by the subtle inclusion of light pattern on the plush headboard.

Proportion has been considered in every room with a bed being tailor made to fit the smallest bedroom, and furniture built to specific sizes to perfectly align within the angles of the apartment.

Every piece of furniture has been newly designed or made especially for the space, with the exception of a coffee table which the client already had and wanted to keep. This was updated by being sprayed in a colour matched brush brass to integrate with the new interior.
